Health, Function and Appearance
So, if you solely focus on appearance a slew of problems can arise. Malnutrition, extreme diets and overtraining to name a few. If your sole focus is on function then you might find yourself injured, hitting a plateau or losing motivation. It has to be health first, function second and appearance third. If you follow this template and give it time, you'll accomplish way more than if you prioritize function or appearance before your health.
We as coaches recognize this and do everything in our power to create an environment that teaches and encourages this hierarchy. We team up with local businesses to offer you the best resources available, we try to promote health challenges, we hold seminars to educate, we try to keep you up to date with what’s new and best for your health and we sift through all the misinformation out there to help you make the best choices. In a nut shell, we care. We believe that no matter what your goal is, it’s attainable with the right approach.
