How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
7 months. I needed a big change. After having 3 kids in 4 years I had totally lost my body. I needed something early mornings that would keep me motivated and not take away from my family time. This was it!! I'm loving it. My kids tell my I'm a much more fun mom. My hubby has noticed I'm significantly more helpful on the farm. I'm more willing to do the "harder things"- hauling hay, feeding cows, building fence. I sleep better- like deep sleep!
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
I like the split jerk and push press. Eggs, avocado, salsa and some sort of protein smoothie!
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
Rowing and jumping lunges are not my thing. I love good mojito on date night and anything chocolate to cheat.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
I'd love to do more double unders, lose a few more pounds and just keep improving! I'm craving this exercise everyday. Andrew and Andrea have something great going here and I'm just happy to be a part of it!
