How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have done crossfit for almost one year this December. I started crossfit after having my first baby, I wanted to do something that I knew would give me results. My husband has been doing crossfit for over a year and mentioned it to me but I never thought I could do it. I started 6 weeks after having my son Rowen and I have loved it ever since. CrossFit has changed my life and I am so happy my husband kept mentioning it.
What's your favorite workout (movement/lift/benchmark ect.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite lift is the Push Jerk:) Post workout food depends but I love bananas, oatmeal, chicken or veggies!!!
What's your least favorite (movement/lift/benchmark ect.) and favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite is the snatch or OHS. I need to work on my stability and finding the sweet spot to hold the weight. Favorite cheat meal would have to be any type of dessert (I am a sucker for sweets)!!!
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more ect.
My next goal is to get a pull-up (at least one but I would love to be able to do more) and Deadlift 200lbs. I want to continue to get stronger and toner. And I also plan to CrossFit through my next pregnancy :)
