How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I've been doing crossfit regularly for a little over a year now. My main reason for joining was to get stronger/faster for soccer & to become a better rounded athlete in general. Before crossfit I never really lifted weights or did anything other than running & soccer, so it has been a life saver.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite movements are box jumps or jumping lunges because no matter how many times you've done jumping lunges, they still make you sore! Any 20 min EMOM that includes box jumps are usually my favorite. Favorite post workout food is probably an egg white scramble sprinkled with some Cholula hot sauce.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite movement is the thruster & probably my least favorite benchmark workout is Fran. My favorite cheat meal is probably American Dream's Mary's Peak pizza... Wow
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
My goals for the next couple months are to improve my butterfly pull-ups and to get a bar muscle up. Also being able to do handstand walks would be pretty cool. This summer should be fun!
