How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I started doing CrossFit almost 2 years ago. I have been out of the box for a while though, because I ruptured my Achilles tendon about eight months ago. I started CrossFit to get in better shape and to better my life.
What's your favorite workout movement left benchmark,and favorite post workout food?
I really don't have a favorite workout because they all suck in a way haha. my favorite part of a workout though is getting a personal record because you know if you're getting stronger! and for a favorite post workout food is anything my amazing Wife wants to make for dinner.
What's your least favorite workout movement, lift, benchmark, and favorite cheap meal?
I really dislike overhead squats because "overhead squats are for the the devil" (in my best Bobby Boucher's mom's voice) for my favorite cheap meal it would probably have to be fully loaded nachos.
What is your next goal?
I want to get back in good shape and recover for my Achilles' tendon rupture!
