How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
Sarah: I have been doing CrossFit for about 2.5 year. I enjoy the group approach. I can not quite and keeps me motivated
Greg: I have been doing crossfit for almost 3 years, but have been doing crossfit style workouts for much longer than that. I enjoy the quick and effective workout that it provides.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
Sarah :I do not really have a favorite work out. I like a Banana or cider
Greg: I enjoy gymnastic and high intensity workouts. Post workout i like to reward myself with a nice glass of cider.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
Sarah : I don't really have one. I do not really have a cheat day. I just try to eat clean most of the time.
Greg: I generally don't like Olympic lifting. Heavy lifting is where I feel the most vulnerable to injury. My only diet restrictions are gluten and refined sugar, no need to cheat.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc
Sarah : I want to be healthy for my life time, able to move and walk when I am old. I would like to get continue to get strong and improve from where I was a year ago. Its an ongoing process .
Greg: My goals are a lifetime of health and feeling great. Trying to have better form and avoiding injury is really my only focus.
Greg and Sarah are two amazing athletes who have been with us from the start. These two are always learning, researching and trying new ways to be better and safer individuals. They are quality oriented which is the goal for everyone. They worry more about the quality of reps as opposed to the quantity which makes them stronger, faster and more efficient. These two are always at events supporting CFPV, helping out where needed and always willing to lend a hand. Both have competed in local competitions and have done extremely well. These two are a power couple and it's exciting to see where CF takes them. They are a tremendous joy to have in the box, super coach able but are always bringing new ideas and techniques to the table. Keep up all the hard work you guys!!!
