My family joined about 3 years ago when we were looking for something fun to keep us active. I came to CrossFit when I was home from school and during the summer, but I wasn’t ever serious about it until a little less than a year ago when I started training close to everyday.
My favorite workout is anything with cleans and some type of gymnastics like pull-ups or double unders. These movements are challenging to me and I love to work on them and get better. My favorite post workout food will always be a giant breakfast.
I don’t really have a least favorite workout. I am not super strong at shoulder press so I guess workouts with strict press are probably my least favorite. My favorite cheat meal is also my favorite post workout food. I love eggs, bacon, and hash browns. But I could also go for a big burger any day.
My next goal is to completely master my doubles and get better at big sets of pull-ups. I also need to get my cardio back up. Since I have been trying to gain weight recently my strength has gotten better but my cardio has been lacking. So I just need to work on that a little more and push myself beyond the limit.
