How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I've been doing CrossFit for a little over 6 months. I first joined because I needed some resistance training to supplement my running. Ruth had been trying to get me in for a while and I heard great things from the Smith family. I was hooked after the first time.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite workout or movement is anything that to do with shoulders or abs or legs, I love RFT, partner WODs and anything that has running. Does that cover all of CF? Fav post workout food is protein smoothie full of fruits and veggies.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
Least fav is pull ups or toes to bar, blech. And fav cheat meal? Pizza and a good hard cider.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
Next goal is master pull ups and be more confident in my lifting and movements. I love CF because I feel like an athlete again after 20+ years, it epitomizes "strong is the new beautiful" and I can walk in anytime, any day and see welcoming, smiling faces! And I love the competitive, supportive atmosphere.
