How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have been doing CrossFit for about a year now. I wanted to join because I had gone to a few classes with a friend and always left feeling exhausted after a great workout.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite lift is definitely the back squat or snatch! I like the technicality of the snatch and the back squat is just fun. My favorite post workout food is anything in front of me! Probably Pad Thai.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite lift is the dead lift.... I'm not sure why! My favorite cheat meal is anything filled with carbs and cheese. Preferably pizza and/or pasta! Which I find a way to eat most days.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
My next goal is to get better at double unders! Every time I leave after doing them I look like I've been beaten! Arms, legs, face... nothing is safe!
