How long have you done Cross Fit, and what was your reason for joining?
I started Cross Fit May of 2013, with a goal to see if this 42 yr. old body could be transformed into a 20 something body. Or at least have a six pack! Shortly after joining I decided to take the leap and train for a bikini competition. Knowing that Andrew and Andrea had trained many others prior to me, I knew I was in capable hands. 5 months later I hit the stage with not only the six pack I was looking for but a new found confidence as well. I'm thankful for such incredible coaches that have a passion for what they do.
What's your favorite workout (Movement/ Lift/ Benchmark etc..) and favorite post workout food?
The Push Press. Protein shake, eggs or oatmeal
What's your least favorite workout (Movement/ Lift/ Benchmark etc..) and favorite cheat meal?
The snatch. Ice cream is my weakness
What is your next goal? i.e.: doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more, etc..
I hope to once again compete, but for now I want to work on gaining muscle and maintain healthy eating habits.
