How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I started CF in June 2013 and I had been looking for quite a while to find a box. Train was still in a house garage and Barry told me about Power Valley just opening up. I had been following CF.Com for some time. I was drawn to the community values expressed in CrossFit and after meeting Andrew and Andrea I knew I had found a home and trainers who lived and breathed this ethos.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite WOD is the one that includes lots of heavy lifting. My favorite post workout food is a breakfast skillet with two pieces of bacon chopped up, chopped onions, mushrooms, peppers, slow cooked with four eggs on top and finished with salsa.... BAM!!!
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite workout is one that involves running or R&B music. My favorite cheat meal is the Red Dragon sushi roll at Momiji's or Samaritas with chips and salsa at Mexico Lindo.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
My next goal is to decrease my body fat % and I decided to help Candace with her competition goals by dieting with her in preparation for future competitions. Oh yeah, and come more!
