How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have been doing CrossFit for one year now. I had lost about 15 pounds before joining CrossFit. Once I had my eating down I new I needed to take the next step and start to exercise. I wanted to build lean muscle and get stronger. I went and tried sooooo many classes but nothing took. Nothing excited me. My husband had started CrossFit and kept bugging me to try. I told him he was crazy and those people doing those Olympic lifts fast were nuts!! LOL Well I gave in and went. Well the rest is history, I fell in love with Crossfit. I fell in love with the Crossfit community and the coaches!!
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
I don't really have a favorite workout. I love how everyday is different and we workout every muscle from head to toe in 45mins. I love that my workouts are already planned out. I don't have to think. I just go in and get a awesome workout. My favorite post workout is my yummy 36 grams of UnDenatured chocolate whey protein shake. Its fast and easy and I crave them every time. Yes I am boring. :)
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
Least favorite workout is anything over head, snatch or over head squats. And that's just because it is my weakest lift. My favorite cheat meal. God how I love food. I can think of sooooo many things. But when it comes right down to it, its always a BIG cheese burger with sweet potato fries.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc
For me its just to keep getting stronger. Building more lean muscle.
