HOw long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
My favorite workout is anything that consists of heavy deads or heavy basic lifts (floor press, bench, squat) Because I am relatively decent at them. My favorite post workout food is a chocolate banana protein smoothie!
My least favorite lifts would have to be snatches and overhead squats, because right now I straight out suck at them. My favorite cheat meal is most definitely the Whiskey River BBQ Burger from Red Robin..
My next goal is to decrease my body fat %, increase my strength in all my lifts, get more than one bar muscle up at a time, learn how to do butterflies, get more than one HSPU at a time, and get a ring muscle up! There is always room for improvement in CrossFit, I love that most.
