2 lbs Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 lb Natural Ground Pork
2 Packs frozen Bell Peppers
1 Can fire roasted Salsa
1 Can tomato paste
2 cans Southwestern Style tomatoes
1 Can stewed tomatoes (Mexican Style)
I washed and cut the strawberries first so my assistant could snack while I took care of business. THEN-->I browned the meat and peppers in the Ninja, added my seasonings, threw in the canned tomatoes, turned it on low for 4 hours and came home to dinner. No excuses, cheaper than eating out, healthy and the kids love it!
