I've been doing crossfit for 21 months (I think we started in April). I joined after the week trial membership because I absolutely fell in love with crossfit. The environment in the box was like nothing else I had experienced, I loved how accepting and helpful everyone was. It has been an awesome journey working out with people with so many different abilities and skills.
I love heavy lifting days the most, back squats and deadlifts are probably my favorite. DT is one of my favorite workouts, but I also really love long have grind through workouts like murph.
My favorite post workout meal is egg white, sun-dried tomato, mushroom and lite cheese omelets and some toast with avocado.
What is your least favorite workout? Cheat meal?
My least favorite movement is probably snatches. But hopefully one day it will all click and I'll get that body weight snatch.
My favorite cheat meal is sushi or pizza and some super cheap wine (like bottom shelf pink wine that taste like juice)
I have a lot of goals for 2018, I will RX the open.
I want to get muscle ups REALLY bad!
And to be more confident/efficient with all my gymnastics movements.
