Kali is so constant in her workouts and extra time spent at open gym. She truly demonstrates what it means to set a goal and get the work done.
I remember when Kali PR'd during the CrossFit Open this year and we were all jumping and screaming! Ethan turned to me and said, "If Kali can push through it, I can". Kali you motivate so many at the box. Thanks for being so positive and willingness to just, do the work! It's been an honor as a coach to watch you.

I joined CrossFit in July of 2015. Ju and Bri (Smith) were always talking about CFPV, so I started CrossFit to get them to stop talking about it. Little did I know, I would be the one who wouldn’t stop talking about it. I fell in love with the feeling of finishing a hard workout and even the soreness afterward.
My favorite workout is the hero wod DT and my favorite movements are push jerk and cleans. Since I work out in the morning, after a workout I love to have a fruit smoothie or oatmeal with fruit to start off my day.
My least favorite movements are front/back squats and sumo deadlift high pulls. My favorite cheat meal would be a burger and fries!
Right now, I can do toes to bar and almost have pull-ups, but I would like to focus on both movements so I can do them regularly in workouts.
