How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have been with CFPV for a year and some change. I joined to be taken back to my prime physical capability with the intentions of motivating others along the way. As well to chase the imaginary athlete that mocks me when I'm not going 120%. I joined to learn and educate while having fun and meeting friends along the way. I knew CF is a family of it's own and I needed something to fill a void I wasn't getting from the military anymore after departing.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My fav workouts are hero WODs. Everyone knows I am an advocate of chest workouts. I typically eat 3 eggs mixed with equal amounts of egg whites with a banana after workouts
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
Any WOD that has a female name. I am a sucker for any candy made by Mars. I like Taco Bell (Don't Judge!) and of course typical American Ice Cream.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
My next goal is to focus less on cardio and get my strength up. Mainly all 3 squats, snatches, thrusters and clean and jerks. I will consistently remain determined with a relentless attitude and intense competitive approach to be top stage performer with the guidance of coaches and peers. With the support of my family I will continue to train as long as my satisfaction in knowing I am not just bettering myself but helping to better others in some form of physical aspect or life factor, especially the youth.
