How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have been at the gym since they opened. I joined because I have a syndrome that's called Prader Willi and it's very hard for me to loose the weight and its stops me from different things. Being a Prader Willi patient I don't have the bones like i should with a normal 22 year old patient. I also joined so I can loose weight and keep maintaining my muscle. I'm also a diabetic type 2 patient so me working out helps me maintain my blood sugars and they aren't perfect yet but, getting that way.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
I have three favorites workout one is rounds for time and the second one is group workouts my last one is burpees. My favorite lift is the dead lift because it's my strongest movement. My favorite post workout is I love the new cookie I tried from Andrew it was good. It tasted just like a regular cookie and the only difference in the taste is it didn't taste sweet. I like having any thing but squid and coconut.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
I dislike running sometimes because I loose my energy when I run. My favorite cheat meal is Hasty Freeze food and fried food. Pretty much the stuff you shouldn't have. I love ice cream, milkshakes and Slurpees.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
My goal is to be able to do stuff I can't physically do right now. I hope some day I can do doubles, toe to bar, sit up, regular push ups and what ever else I can't do. I also hope I can loose more weight soon and I wouldn't be asking for anyone better to help me. Andrew and Andrea both changed my life around. I go to the doctor for my syndrome and she loves to poke me in the arm and she said she can't believe how much I have improved. she said keep working hard.
