How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
Jeff and I started CrossFit in September 2014. I had hit rock bottom both physically and mentally, and needed to do something drastically! After seeing Jen Healy post everyday (literally) about how awesome CFPV is, I drug myself down to the open house!
Then made Jeff go check it out a few days later! Didn't take long and we were hooked!
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
I would have to say Murph! My goal was to just finish this workout and not only did I finish, I was actually very proud of my time! It was so awesome Watching everyone encourage everyone else to keep going and finish!
Jeff's favorite movement is Overhead Squat because it is a full body lift.
Our go to post workout food is always a Chocolate, banana and PB2 protein shake. With the occasional splurge of Kodiak protein pancakes and bacon!
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
We enjoy all the workouts which makes it difficult to take rest days! But since neither of us are runners, we both agree running workouts suck! My (Heather) favorite cheat meal is Ciddici's Pizza!
Jeff's favorite cheat meal is Spirit Mountain Casino.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
Next goal would be do get stronger and be able to do more RX workouts! I guess this would entail doubles and pull ups also!
Jeff"s next goal is bar muscle ups, And maybe less box bites!
