How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I have been doing CF for about 3 years now. I originally started because a friend and I needed something fun to do to get us fit and in shape. I wasn't really serious about it until about a year ago when I started coming about 5 days a week.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite lifts are definitely cleans and back squats! And even though I complain or make a nasty face every time we do it, running workouts are the best! After workouts I love to eat protein pancakes or a vanilla protein shake.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift?Benchmark etc.) and Favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite lift for sure are deadlifts and any workout that includes pull-ups and bar over burpees/bar facing burpees. Deadlifts use to be one of my favorites, but now that I'm getting into doing heavier weights they suck! My favorite cheat meal is a nice tub of cookie dough ice cream.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, bf %, attendance etc.
My next goal is to focus more on cardio. I have a love/hate relationship with it and definitely have a lot of room to improve. I also want to improve on my pull ups (without tearing my hands) and walking handstands.
