How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
I started CrossFit in Nov 2013 coming once or twice a week. I started with a punchcard to see if I would like it. I didn't start coming full time until April 2014. My reason for joining was, I don't enjoy just sitting on a treadmill or an elliptical for 45 min to an hour. I've always enjoyed lifting weights and was looking for something that constantly changes it up.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
My favorite workouts are any that are partner/team workouts. As far as favorite movement, I would say dead lift and push press. I love the orange dreamcicle protein shakes after a workout. I also love grilled shrimp, quinoa and Brocolli.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
My least favorite movement is overhead squats, oh and if you didn't know....I hate running :) favorite cheat meal would probably be spaghetti and garlic bread. But I can't remember since it's been so long since I have had it.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
I want to continue to lose weight. I also want to be able to do double unders continuously. I also some day would like to be able to do a handstand push up.
