How long have you done CrossFit and what was your reason for joining?
Both- It has been a year since we started doing Crossfit. We had never heard of CrossFit until Andrew and Andrea told us about it. They are also really good friends of ours and they encouraged us to try it. We have loved it ever since. We enjoy the atmosphere, all the people we have met, and we are thankful for all of the great friends we have made since we joined. Overall, we are very thankful for all of the positive changes CrossFit, Andrew, and Andrea have helped us with.
What’s your favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite post workout food?
A- I still think Cindy is my favorite benchmark workout J I love doing pull-ups and air squats. After a workout, I really like some kind of fruit, especially when it’s cold fruit.
D- My favorite lift is the front squat. I always feel so good whenever I can hit a PR on my front squat. I feel like it is one of my strongest lifting movements. I’m usually not very hungry right after a workout. I usually just drink a ton of water.
What’s your least favorite workout (Movement/Lift/Benchmark etc.) and favorite cheat meal?
A- Snatches are tough. I know I need to work on them, but they are my least favorite. For a cheat meal, I love everything with carbs!!!!!!
D- Snatch- Hate it. L I love eating a juicy NY steak with mashed potatoes and a large glass of milk.
What is your next goal? i.e. doubles, pull ups, weight loss, body fat%, come more etc.
A- My next goal is to get a six pack. Over the summer, I would really like to get a ring muscle up.
D- My next goal is to reduce my body fat, improve my eating habits, and make improvements to all of my lifting movements.
