As crazy as it sounds, the top athletes in the world and fittest people don't adhere to an overly restrictive diet. Many of them indulge in there favorite foods, sweets and alcohol on occasion. The key difference is that they are consistent. If they indulge, they don't throw the whole week away and quit. They're quickly back to making good decisions and training their bodies. No guilt, no regret, no disappointment etc. Just a bleep on the screen that comes and goes.
